Living deep under my
nails it burrows deeper,
eating at my
flesh and at my eyes.
Blood pours down
from my facial
orifices, cascading
down like a filthy
red waterfall,
over my body
on my hands
down my legs and
onto the ground.
It spills through
the cracks
and spreads
an infectious disease
through the streets its death limited
only by the skies.
